Blag staff, fully inspects each item before they are sent. Should you ever wish to return goods, please send the items after you have read the following information.
We will always refund or exchange goods if they and the packaging are returned in perfect, resalable condition.
The goods need to be returned to us within seven days of you receiving them. The customer is responsible for the payment of return postage of goods sent back to us.
It is most important that you include your name, address, order number and reason for exchange or refund in with the item.
If required the replacement item will be sent to you a.s.a.p. we will pay for the postage of the replacement item, for one return per order.
If you require a refund the funds will be received via your method of payment. (E.g.: Credit card/cheque)
